Rental Information

Rates

November 1 - May 30:	$985 per week.
May 25 - October 30:	$1785 per week.

Reservations

We require 50% down upon confirmation and signing of the lease agreement.

The balance is due four weeks prior to your day of arrival.

Please note late payments will incur a $50 late fee.

Payments accepted via check.

Cancellations

Cancellations within 90 days forfeit the 50% deposit, cancellations within 30 days forfeit full amount.
We will however be glad to reschedule your visit for another date based on availability.
